The CEA began partnership with the New Life Christian Church of Emporia in 2008. Brent McCory began his ministry with the church just before our support began. The church celebrated their 3rd anniversary this spring and things are going well. They have made some healthy changes in the past year and have developed a Kingdom vision thats being instilled within the congregation. The church has averaged 84 in worship each week with offerings of $2200.00/week this spring!

Real Life Christian Church

Corey Landreth (lead minister) shares that they have been receiving financial support from the CEA since 2007. This church focusing its efforts around the unchurched. Fifty to sixty percent of their attendance is people who have never attended church or havent attended church since they were teenagers! The first four months of 2009 the church has averaged 63 in worship with offerings on average of $4000.00/month. Their per capita giving is about $16 per person each week. This is truly remarkable considering the high concentration of unchurched attenders!
